I got a lv 30 Athena, a lv 10 Claptrap and i recently power leveled for the first time a Doppel (took 1 hour to level up a friend's Doppel to 50, then we cloned the save, now i have a naked Doppel to gear up. Personally, i played Nisha and Wilhelm to 50, with all secondaries in both of the playthrough for each character.

Well, as some others stated, anyone is free to do whatever they like in their games. You dont need to be max to beat the game but if you have that as a goal then isn't that up to you to fullfill? Maybe someone for some reason are willing to do your work but isn't it a bit ♥♥♥♥♥♥ stating you wanna reach max level but you're asking for someone else to actually make that possible for you? An RPG is grinding. Why would you ask someone else to do that task for you? I feel however that if that's what people wanna go for just for the sake of reaching max, that's their own decision. Max leveling is everyones own choice though and it's not required. If you beat the game then respect as you actually played it. for instance, i find wilhelm to be incredibly tedious to level up, yet you can make some very interesting builds with him, both for mobbing and killing the boss. i usually just get a character through normal mode then looks for ways to get powerleveled in order to breeze through tvhm and be able to farm the one boss that can be farmed in this mess of a game the devs created, trying out new builds etc. The problem is that I don't want to have to grind through tvhm over and over again just to get to 50.

That's a legitimate argument, one that can be very easily beaten by "I spend my money however I want and do whatever I want with that I spend them on" If you were to spend cash on something you just aren't gonna give time to anyway then maybe you should just think about that for yourself a moment and maybe re-prioritize how you spend your money beforehand Originally posted by shikaroxen:No that's not what I am saying and you're missing the point. So again, resort to hacks or don't get the game in the first place.Įdit: It is not as much as I am telling you what to do with your spendings but rather questioning the point in getting a game and have others play it for youįinal Edit: An understanding were made regarding said topic Never would the thought come to me that I should shelf the game I so desired 'cause I don't wanna spend my time to actually play it!

When my parents got me a new NES cartridge for 60 bucks or when I saved my money myself and got me a game, you made damn sure to take time and play it as you invested in something you wanted. That's how it's been working since the 80's. The point is, if you invest in a game which you don't have time for or don't feel like you wanna play, then simply stop or don't purchase it as you clearly don't need it if you can afford the title but won't enjoy it. If you power level and skip all of that, you won't get the feel for the class at all and you may as well just resort to hacks if you feel like you wanna cheat out on the gaming experience to begin with. Going through the game with different classes is the what makes each vault hunter different to begin with, learning the mechanics behind them and going through the experience with that class. Alot of players seem to be all into power leveling, new topics pops up on a daily basis with "players" wanting help by joining some other game.
